Growth Training

A start-up primary care healthcare company needed to rapidly grow its patient panel nationwide in its quest to “Rebuild healthcare as it should be".” The company focused on Medicare eligible patients in under-served communities. Initially there were 22 clinics in the mid-west, with a plan to grow rapidly grow to serve markets across the country. We needed to develop the skills and knowledge of the direct-to-consumer Outreach Executives and managers to engage directly with prospects in the neighborhoods around our clinics and enroll them as new patients. The quickly growing outreach organization changed often, adapting to the market conditions and strategic focus, as did the Growth Training program. As we opened our 230th clinic we re-built the on-boarding process (again) for all Growth team members. After launching the program we took stock of the impact it was having on sales results. Results in all field sales metrics were up, including leads, conversions, and enrollments, which was up 28% compared to the prior year.
