My perspective is informed by experience as both an external consultant and as an internal functional lead in Leadership & Organization Development. My sweet spot has been with organizations that are at a critical turning point such as rapid growth, merger/acquisition, or leadership change. I build the leadership and organizational frameworks (competencies, curriculum) and resources (training, workflows, online systems) needed to support the changing business, then work with leaders at all levels to implement them day to day. This involves working at both a strategic and tactical level; from creating leadership competencies, to corporate succession planning, to coaching high potential leaders, to training front line operations managers.
